The jury of Orły Eksportu (Eagles of Export) award, organized by the Polish national daily Rzeczpospolita, awarded the title of “The best exporter in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship” to ANWIL.
The Włocławek-based company is the sole manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride in Poland and sixth largest in Europe, as well as the second largest producer of nitrate fertilizers in Poland. Its offer encompasses granulates, PVC sheets, and a number of base chemicals, including sodium hydroxide (caustic soda and lye), and ammonia. The extensive portfolio enables exporting to ca. 40 countries – in Europe these include Germany, Great Britain and Scandinavia, and globally e.g. Turkey or Peru, with even such exotic destinations like Trinidad and Tobago. ANWIL’s export achievements were recognized by Rzeczpospolita, a Polish daily, which awarded the Orzeł Eksportu title to ANWIL in “The best exporter in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship” category.
The distinctions were granted by the jury represented by the Ministry of Economy, The Marshal Office of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Regional Export Center of Toruń Chamber of Industry and Trade, Polish Employers, and competition partners: Raiffeisen Polska, Dachser Polska and the editorial team of Rzeczpospolita.
The award ceremony was held at the seat of The Marshal Office of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Toruń.
