Change in the company's Management Board
On April 19, 2024, the Supervisory Board of ANWIL S.A. dismissed Mrs. Agnieszka Żyro from the Management Board of ANWIL S.A. and from the position of the President of the Management Board of ANWIL S.A.
From April 20, 2024, the company's Management Board will consist of two members: Member of the Management Board for Production - Mr. Jacek Mendelewski and Member of the Management Board for Purchasing and Investments - Mr. Piotr Stróżyk.
