The plot of land of total area ca. 70.0 ha located outside the factory fence suitable for all kinds of industrial activities. The plot can be divided into smaller plots according to the wish of investor.
ANWIL offers to connect all necessary utilities lines and sewage system up to the client�s battery limits. The plot has direct access to the local public road and through it to the state road no. 1. There is a possibility to extend the existing ANWIL�s railway siding to the subject plot.
