Plot no 4

Consists of a few plots of total area ca. 26 ha, and is located outside the factory fence between the state road no. 1 and the state railway. It is suitable for the activities not harmful for environment such as plastics processing, warehousing, logistic centres, etc. The plot can be divided into smaller plots according to the wish of investor.

ANWIL offers to connect all necessary utilities lines and sewage system up to the clients battery limits. The plot has direct access to the state road no. 1 and is adjacent to the state railway on the other side.
